Location data is not stored on our servers and is used only for real-time data requests. Symptom diary — Symptom data you enter is stored in your browser's localStorage. It is never transmitted to our servers. Analytics — We collect anonymous visit statistics (page views, sessions) through Google Analytics 4.
2. Purpose of Data Use
To provide location-based pollen and air quality forecast information. To analyze service usage statistics and improve the service.
3. Data Retention
Location data: Used immediately and not stored. Never saved to our servers. Symptom diary: Stored only in your browser. Deleted when you clear your browser data. Analytics: Subject to Google Analytics data retention policies (26 months).
4. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not share your personal information with third parties.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Google Analytics 4: Collects anonymous visit statistics. You can block collection by disabling cookies in your browser settings. Affiliate links: Cookies from affiliate partners may be used to track purchases made through product recommendation links.
6. Your Rights
You can revoke location permission at any time through your browser settings. Symptom diary data can be deleted by clearing your browser's site data. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking through browser cookie settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
7. Data Sources
Pollen data: Open-Meteo Air Quality API (based on CAMS European model estimates). Air quality data: Open-Meteo CAMS model; AirKorea (Korean Ministry of Environment) for users in Korea.
